Good Shepherd Ministries of Oklahoma, Inc. is a multifaceted ministry that seeks to provide services such as food, clothing, and limited medical, dental, and pharmacy help in a Christian environment, to the needy of the Oklahoma City area. “The Mission,” as it has been affectionately called over the years, provides free dental care to adults and children through three separate dental clinics.
The Dental Clinics are located at the Ramirez Center Building, 222 NW 12th Street in downtown Oklahoma City. On Monday evenings during the school year, dental students and faculty volunteers provide simple tooth extractions and examinations to adults in pain. Every other Tuesday evening, dental and hygiene students, faculty along with private community volunteers provide a broad range of preventive and restorative dentistry to needy children under age 12.
Dr. Frank Lipsinic is the Faculty Coordinator for the College of Dentistry and Good Shepherd’s Dental Director.
Inquiries and questions about access to care should be directed to Good Shepherd Ministries Director at (405) 232-8631, Monday through Thursdays.
