Registration for Faculty, Non-Presenting Residents, and Staff Members


Scientific Day 2017 will be held at the Embassy Suites, 2501 Conference Drive, in Norman on Wednesday, April 19.  Ishmael presentations have been planned in addition to an informative poster session presented by dental students, dental hygiene students and graduate residents.  We are looking forward to another excellent Scientific Day and appreciate your continued support.


Condensed Schedule for Scientific Day on Wednesday April 19, 2017

9 to 9:30 a.m. Sign-in and Continental Breakfast

9 to 10:30 a.m. Poster Presentations

10:30 a.m. to Noon Ishmael Essay Finalists Presentations

Noon CE form available at registration area

Noon to 1:30 p.m. Luncheon and Awards Ceremony


All faculty, non-presenting residents and staff members planning to attend and are not serving as a poster or Ishmael Essay judge must pre-register before Wednesday, April 12.  If you are registered by April 12, you will be eligible for three hours of continuing education credit at no charge.  A free continental breakfast will also be available.  We encourage you to join us for the awards luncheon that will begin at Noon.  Cost for the banquet is $5 per person, which is only a small portion of the actual price.


If you plan on attending Scientific Day but not the awards luncheon, you will also need to register online.


Directions:  2501 Conference Drive, Norman.  From I-35 heading south:  Exit Tecumseh Rd., left on Tecumseh Rd. to 24th St., right on 24th St. and left onto Conference Dr.   From I-35 heading north:  Exit Robinson and turn left on Robinson.  Turn left at 24th St. and right onto Conference Drive.  Enter on the east side of the building.
