Nora Radmard is a certified medical micropigmentologist. She became a registered dental hygienist in 1978 and graduated from the Oklahoma School of Permanent Cosmetics (a state-approved school) in 2006. Nora is licensed through the Oklahoma State Department of Health and performs all procedures at OU Dentistry, offering a safe, medical environment. |
