APPLICATION CHECKLIST (Oklahoma Residents)
In order to be considered for admission, the following items must be received by the OUHSC Office of Admissions and Records no later than December 1st.
- OU College of Dentistry Application Click “APPLY ONLINE” below and follow instructions for securely and reliably submitting your application, application fee, and all supplemental forms for dentistry.
- Official Transcript(s) - Have official transcripts sent directly from each college or university attended. Arrange to have updated transcripts sent as additional coursework is completed and transcripted.
- DAT Scores - Request that your official score report(s) befurnished to our dental school.
- Letters of Recommendation
1. A letter from a dentist
2. A recommendation mailed directly from your institution's Pre-professional Advisory Committee is preferred. In lieu of a committee recommendation, two letters of recommendation from science instructors are acceptable.
