Enter the title and presenters' names in the
appropriate locations on the abstract template using Microsoft
Word. If there is only one presenter, please leave the second
presenter's information blank. This also applies to the second
or third advisors. Save the document as abstract.doc. Make sure
that the template is saved on to the computer's desktop
only. |

The body of the abstract should be limited to
2,000 characters (including spaces). You can use the "Word
Count" feature on your word processor to facilitate
counting. Please make the abstract as informative as
possible. |

Before submitting your abstract online, you must
meet with your Mentor to review, edit, and approve your
abstract. Your abstract will be printed as received, so
please check your spelling, punctuation and symbols before
submitting. |

Your Mentor must indicate their approval of your
abstract by their signature on the Scientific Day sign-off
sheet that you received in your mailbox. |

Present the signed form to Karen Rucker (Rm.
365, 271-2929) who will issue you an Abstract Submission ID
number. |
