Presentations can only be made in poster format. |

Display boards have inside dimensions of
44"(height) by 66"(width). Please ensure that your
poster fits within these dimensions. |

Do not use Velcro to mount your poster, push pins will be
provided for you. |
| 4. |
Oral presentations should last up to 5 minutes. |
| 5. |
Each poster can be presented by one or two
presenters. One presenter must remain in front of the poster
during the time allocated for presentation. |
| 6. |
Substitution of presenters or significant
changes in the title of the presentation from that submitted in
the abstract will not be permitted. |
| 7. |
Advertising material or commercial promotional
material for a product or service is strictly prohibited. Drugs
and products mentioned in the presentation should be identified
by chemical formulae or by generic name. Product names may be
used for identification and clarification purposes only. Should
the use of product names only be advantageous to the viewers
understanding of the presentation, the rationale should be
submitted in advance. |
