Registration for Faculty, Non-Presenting Residents, and Staff Members


Scientific Day 2018 will be held at the Sheraton Midwest City at the Reed Conference Center, 5750 Will Rogers Road, in Midwest City on Tuesday, April 10.  Ishmael presentations have been planned in addition to an informative poster session presented by dental students, dental hygiene students and graduate residents.  We are looking forward to another excellent Scientific Day and appreciate your continued support.


Condensed Schedule for Scientific Day on Tuesday April 10, 2018

9 to 9:30 a.m. Sign-in and Continental Breakfast

9 to 10:30 a.m. Poster Presentations

10:30 a.m. to Noon Ishmael Essay Finalists Presentations

Noon CE form available at registration area

Noon to 1:30 p.m. Luncheon and Awards Ceremony


All faculty, non-presenting residents and staff members planning to attend and are not serving as a poster or Ishmael Essay judge must pre-register before Tuesday, April 3.  If you are registered by April 3, you will be eligible for three hours of continuing education credit at no charge.  A free continental breakfast will also be available.  We encourage you to join us for the awards luncheon that will begin at Noon.  Cost for the banquet is $5 per person, which is only a small portion of the actual price.


If you plan on attending Scientific Day but not the awards luncheon, you will also need to register online.


Directions:  5750 Will Rogers Rd., Midwest City, OK 73110. From I-40 heading east: Exit Sooner Rd., turn left and go north on Sooner Rd., turn right on Will Rogers Rd. Enter on the west side of the building.
