Dr. Brackett was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. He began his undergraduate at South Eastern Oklahoma State University where he was a member of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association and competed as a bull rider.
After finishing undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, he graduated with distinction and honors in 2001 from the University
of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. In 2003 he completed his certificate of specialty in pediatric dentistry as chief resident from the University of Florida.
Dr. Brackett established a private practice in Yukon and has been practicing dentistry full-time for more than 20 years. Additionally, he has spent time as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma undergraduate pediatric dental clinic.
