This
program is a fully accredited one-year program that conforms to the standards
of the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association.
It will prepare you to plan comprehensive patient care and then complete
therapy through sequential, logical and effective treatment plans executed in a
clinical setting.
Applicants
must be graduates of an accredited North American dental school.
Applications are accepted through the PASS program. Application deadline is September 1 of each year.
As a
participant in the program, there is no tuition and you pay no fees. You
will receive a stipend of $30,000 for one year residency. For the two year residency you will receive a stipend of $40,000. In addition, you will receive
health and professional liability insurance coverage. Furthermore, you will be
entitled to 10 days of paid time off during the year.
Only
upon the satisfactory completion of the program, including both clinical and
academic areas of education, will you be awarded the certificate of training in
Advanced Education of General Dentistry.
