Looking for a buyer or associate. I have a well established, 7-op high tech private practice in Santa Fe, NM. I would like to retire in 2030 after a successful 30+ year career here and need to begin the process now. I own the condo in midtown Santa Fe where my practice is located and would like to sell the practice and continue to own the space and collect rent with a provision in the sale for the opportunity for the buyer of the practice to buy the condo at some point. I do $2+ million per year with a 98% collection rate as a solo female practitioner with 4 hygienists, 3 assistants, and 2 front desk team members. I am bringing on a part time associate in October who has no interest in buying or partnering but would be interested in staying on with the right buyer. I do currently accept Delta Dental and I have a contract with the VA who pays through Delta. I am grandfathered in to the NM Delta Premier fee schedule and they are the coverage for all state employees/teachers etc. so it has been beneficial to stay in network with them. We file all other insurances as a courtesy for patients but they pay us in full at the time of service. If wanting to be an assoiciate, I pay 35% of production or $500/day whichever is more.
