Dental Hygienist Location: Commerce Township, MI Schedule: Monday – Thursday (No Weekends!) What You’ll Be Doing: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment plans. Conduct periodontal charting and screenings to assess oral health conditions. Take and interpret digital X-rays for accurate diagnosis. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure seamless patient care. Ensure the treatment area is clean, well-stocked, and prepared for procedures. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Active Dental Hygiene License in the state of Michigan. ✔ Passion for patient education, oral health, and preventative care. ✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely. ✔ Calm, happy demeanor that puts patients at ease. ✔ High level of attendance and reliability – being present for scheduled patients is critical. ✔ Proficiency with digital X-rays and dental software (preferred). ✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. ✔ CPR certification (preferred).
