Dr. David Sylvester attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for both his undergraduate and dental training. He graduated with honors and holds degrees in biology, chemistry, and a doctorate of dental surgery. He attended residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences center earning a certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of local, state, and national societies.
Dr. Sylvester serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Oklahoma and is in private practice at ClearChoice®, St. Louis. His areas of research and interest include dental implants with an emphasis on full-arch implant rehabilitation. Dr. Sylvester is a speaker for the Straumann Group and lectures regularly on immediate, full-arch implant therapy with an emphasis on pterygomaxillary and zygomatic implants.
