OU College of Dentistry Kids Day
Free Dental Care for Oklahoma Kids
Each February, the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry (OUCOD) opens its doors to provide free dental care for children ages 4–12 through its annual Kids’ Day, addressing urgent dental needs while also creating positive first experiences at the dentist. Held in honor of Children’s Oral Health Month, Kids’ Day serves children who may not otherwise have access to dental services, helping them start their oral health journey with confidence and care. The event also helps families take an important next step by connecting children to a future dental home after Kids’ Day.
Kids’ Day is a long-standing OUCOD tradition dedicated to improving the oral health of Oklahoma’s children. During this one-day clinic, children receive no-cost dental services in a welcoming, kid-friendly environment at the OU College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City. All care is provided by OUCOD dental students, working under the close supervision of experienced faculty and licensed dentists.
OU College of Dentistry Kids’ Day is held every February in celebration of Children’s Oral Health Month, and the 2026 event will be held on February 28, 2026. Registration opens in January. Please visit the link below to sign up.
