Associate Dentist/Pediatric Dentist needed for busy, well established, and still growing, practice. Strong community presence. Associate compensation is production based but can be supported with daily minimum initially until comfortable. Four-day work week is typical. Associate can choose to work 5 for extra income. Ownership opportunity available. Patients are birth to 18 years. Pedo residency not a requirement but would be beneficial. Must possess exceptional communication skills and exhibit patience in stressful or busy scenarios.
Paragould is located in the northeast corniner of Arkansas. It has a population of approximately 30K and is very safe and family oriented. Twenty minutes away is Jonesboro (approx. 78K) which is home to Arkansas State University. Both communities together have a stable economy with good school choices. Memphis is about 1.5 hours away, Little Rock- 2.5, St. Louis- 3.5, and Nashville- 4. Duck hunting in the Mississippi Delta is all around, and excellent lakes are within easy driving distance.
