The OU College of Dentistry Resident Oral Surgery Clinic accepts referrals from dentists for the following procedures, Wisdom Teeth, Full Mouth Extractions, Biopsy, Alveoplasty and Tori Removal.
If you would like to refer a patient to our Resident Oral Surgery Clinic, please download the OU College of Dentistry Resident Oral Surgery Clinic Referral Form and fill it out. Once completed, you may either send a digital copy to OMS-Referral@ouhsc.edu along with a current a pano OR you may mail this form with x-rays to the following address: 1201 N.
